jili.1 Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the jili.1 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or downloading the jili.1 mobile application — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jili.1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jili.1. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your jili.1 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jili.1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jili.1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

jili.1 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on jili.1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jili.1:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your jili.1 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. GCash deposits typically reflect instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 60 minutes for GCash. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• jili.1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in certain cases.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name, as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once jili.1's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number.
• jili.1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human mistake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In the event of a game or event cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that game or sport as published on the relevant section of the jili.1 platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. jili.1 will not be liable for delays in odds updates caused by third-party data providers.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per player. These limits may be adjusted at jili.1's discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your jili.1 account balance within the timeframe specified for each game type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili.1 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative strategies.
• Money Laundering: Using jili.1 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.

• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jili.1 by any person under 21 years of age.

All content on the jili.1 platform — including but not limited to the jili.1 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili.1 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jili.1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jili.1 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jili.1 content.
• Use jili.1's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jili.1 software or game code.

Any unauthorized use of jili.1's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili.1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jili.1 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jili.1's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the jili.1 platform, including betting tips, odds, or game descriptions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of jili.1.

jili.1's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account termination for cause, jili.1 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their jili.1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

jili.1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili.1 will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jili1.today/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jili.1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using jili.1 and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
